Here at Modline we want to work with you right from the beginning, even at times providing you with assistance even before you have chosen an architect. We will guide you through the planning phase and begin constructing the team that is crucial to a successful project.

To get to the detail and create an environment where decision can be made we have created a project development service. This service allows us to take you through our proposal process and create a comprehensive project proposal package. In this package we outline all aspects of your project in detail. The typical custom-home project involves 44 professional trades (plumbers, electricians, framers, roofers and many more) and 215 cost codes – that is, areas in which expenses must be defined in detail. It’s our job to translate raw documentation into a proposal that encompasses all of these functions and costs.

Most importantly the software allows us to keep you and the entire team updated on schedules and milestones. Your construction will be overseen by a dedicated on site project manager to make sure all the work is done to the outlined specifications using the highest quality building materials and practices.
