Modline Builders was created on the idea of building lifestyles specifically tailoring to the needs and wants of homeowners.
Founded by two brothers; Hovo & Nshan with backgrounds in Business & Architecture, their belief is that every project is unique and deserving of attention and dedication from their team. They focus on their process and building trust, while continually raising the bar and setting the new standard in home construction.
We recognize that establishing trust is a huge part of responsibility as home builders. We’ve learned that the best method for building this essential trust is by keeping our clients fully informed.
